Great for families and larger parties, our Riverfront Two Bedroom Duplex Cabins can sleep up to 6 people - one bedroom has a queen bed while the other has a queen and full size bed. Each bedroom conveniently has its own bathroom and all cabins come with a fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, washer/dryer combo, and gas fireplace. Feel free to relax on the deck that overlooks the Fall River, or grab a seat in the grassy green lawn below. A couple of our Two Bedroom Cabins are dog friendly with an additional fee!

Enjoy sitting on the deck, enjoying your morning coffee or grilling out, while listening to the sound of the Fall River. Perfect for up to 2 people, each of our Riverfront One Bedroom Duplex Cabins offers a king bed, Jacuzzi tub, bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer combo, and double sided gas fireplace. Of course all aforementioned decks face the river and include your own gas grill to use. Two of our One Bedroom Cabins are dog friendly with an additional fee!

If you are wanting a little more privacy, yet still want to be by the river, our Guest House may be what you’re looking for. This house offers two bedrooms (one with a king bed and the second with a queen bed), one ensuite bathroom plus a second bathroom, living room, and a large fully stocked kitchen. Accommodating up to 4 people, our Guest House is excellent for families, couples traveling together, and/or those wanting more space to gather in. Did we mention it has its own hot tub? Well, it does, and it faces the Fall River! Unlike other vacation homes, you can also benefit from daily housekeeping while staying here, and guest laundry is available onsite. *Please note that the Guest House is NOT dog friendly!

Located on the upper floor, our Riverfront King Rooms have balconies that look towards the Fall River. Sleeping up to 2 people, these rooms have a king bed, bathroom, loveseat or reclining chairs, microwave, coffee pot, T.V., dining area, and a 4.5 cubic refrigerator/freezer. There are grills in the lawn area and additional seating for all of our guests to use. Guest laundry is also available. *Please note that the Riverfront King Rooms are NOT dog friendly!

Accommodating up to 6 people, our Riverfront Deluxe Room is truly one of a kind! This unique two-room suite offers plenty of space with a total of 3 queen size beds! Located on the upper floor, this room has a balcony that overlooks the Fall River. Inside you will find a bathroom, dining area, microwave, coffee pot, T.V., and a 4.5 cubic refrigerator/freezer. Outside we offer grills and additional seating along the river for all of our guests to take advantage of. Guest laundry is also available. *Please note the Riverfront Deluxe Room is NOT dog friendly!

Our sizable Riverfront Queen Rooms have 2 queen beds and can sleep up to 4 people. These rooms are available on both the upper level with balconies, and lower level with walkout patios. All of our Queen Rooms face the Fall River, and some are dog friendly with an additional fee! Along with the two beds you will find a bathroom, dining area, microwave, coffee pot, T.V., and a 4.5 cubic refrigerator/freezer. There are grills in the lawn area and additional seating for all of our guests to use. We also have guest laundry available.
