Our sizable Riverfront Queen Rooms have 2 queen beds and can sleep up to 4 people. These rooms are available on both the upper level with balconies, and lower level with walkout patios. All of our Queen Rooms face the Fall River, and some are dog friendly with an additional fee! Along with the two beds you will find a bathroom, dining area, microwave, coffee pot, T.V., and a 4.5 cubic refrigerator/freezer. There are grills in the lawn area and additional seating for all of our guests to use. We also have guest laundry available.
*Please note that NOT ALL Riverfront Cabins and Rooms are dog friendly! If you are wanting to bring a four-legged guest you must book a room, or cabin, that says Dog Friendly. Cancellation Policy
Canceling 30 days or more prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded minus a $25.00 cancellation/reprocessing fee. Canceling 10 to 30 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded minus a $50.00 cancellation/reprocessing fee. Canceling within 10 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded. No refunds will be given for early departure. You will be asked to confirm your cancellation via email or phone.
