If you are wanting a little more privacy, yet still want to be by the river, our Guest House may be what you’re looking for. This house offers two bedrooms (one with a king bed and the second with a queen bed), one ensuite bathroom plus a second bathroom, living room, and a large fully stocked kitchen. Accommodating up to 4 people, our Guest House is excellent for families, couples traveling together, and/or those wanting more space to gather in. Did we mention it has its own hot tub? Well, it does, and it faces the Fall River! Unlike other vacation homes, you can also benefit from daily housekeeping while staying here, and guest laundry is available onsite. *Please note that the Guest House is NOT dog friendly!
*Please note that NOT ALL Riverfront Cabins and Rooms are dog friendly! If you are wanting to bring a four-legged guest you must book a room, or cabin, that says Dog Friendly. Cancellation Policy
Canceling 30 days or more prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded minus a $25.00 cancellation/reprocessing fee. Canceling 10 to 30 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded minus a $50.00 cancellation/reprocessing fee. Canceling within 10 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded. No refunds will be given for early departure. You will be asked to confirm your cancellation via email or phone.
