Riverview Pines Details and Policies



Upon booking you will be charged a deposit equal to one night’s charge. This deposit is per room/cabin.  You are responsible for all nights booked. No refunds will be issued for “no shows” or early departures.


30+ days from date of arrival: A full refund of your deposit will be issued for cancellations made 30 days or more from your arrival date.

Less than 30 days from date of arrival: Cancellations of less than 30 days from your expected arrival date will forfeit the entire amount of the deposit .


Reservations may not be shortened within 30 days of arrival. You are responsible for all nights booked.

Additional Fees:

Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.  All units are NON SMOKING. There is a $250 cleaning fee for anyone smoking within any of our rooms/cabins.

Exceeding the maximum occupancy of any cabin or room will be subject to an additional fee of up to $100 per person.  Any change in the number of guests must be arranged prior to arrival.

Daily trash removal and towel replacement are provided free of charge but only upon request. If you would like housekeeping  services an additional $15 charge/per day may apply. Housekeeping is defined as sweeping/mopping/vacuuming, replacing the bed linens and will be provided free of charge on the 4th day to guests staying 7 days or more.

Pet Policy:

We accept most dogs in SOME of our units. There is an additional $50 fee per pet, per stay with a 2 dog maximum. Dogs may not be left loose and must be crated while unattended in either rooms or cabins. When outdoors: you must have your pet on a leash at all times. You are responsible for cleaning up & disposing of any waste left by your pet.  All dogs must be pre-approved PRIOR to arrival!

Please note that dogs are not allowed in cabins 3,4,7 & 8.
